Terms and Conditions of PC Exchange Program

Dell is not responsible for the PC exchange between the PC Exchange service provider, the Customer and Dell Partner Online Store (Dellstore.com). We disclaim all responsibility and liability of said transaction. *T&C Apply.

1. Dell will not be responsible for any dispute on the PC Exchange transaction between The PC Exchange service provider, the Customer and the Dell Partner Online Store (Dellstore.com). We disclaim all liability in this regard.
2. By using the PC Exchange service provided by The PC Exchange service provider, the customer agrees that they shall be solely responsible for removing all data, including confidential and personal data, and any licenses for software, tools, and applications, from the device prior to shipping. Neither Dell nor its vendors, agents, representatives, or approved partners accept any responsibility or liability for any lost files or data.
3. DELL WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR: ANY OF YOUR CONFIDENTIAL, PROPRIETARY OR PERSONAL INFORMATION; LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA, PROGRAMS OR SOFTWARE; DAMAGED OR LOST REMOVABLE MEDIA; REMOVABLE MEDIA INSIDE DEVICES THAT ARE RETURNED TO CASHIFY; THE LOSS OF USE OF A SYSTEM OR NETWORK; AND/OR ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, BY DELL OR A THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER.
