Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to Products purchased on Dellstore.com website. Products on the Site are sold by STPL. We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy, Cancellation requests shall be accepted if the process of shipping is not initiated. Customers can visit Order status link to check the shipment status of the Order. There is no cancellation allowed if the orders are shipped.

Refund Policy
Refund of a Product is allowed only under the following circumstances:
If the Product delivery takes more time than promised, then the customer can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded to customer within 14 working days. Dellstore do not take any responsibility of a delay in refund due to the delays made by bank, calamities or national holidays. (Delivery delay due to reasons like natural calamities, unforeseen logistics restrictions, unavailability of the customer, etc. are considered exceptions and a refund request will not be entertained under such circumstances),
A customer can also seek a refund if the specification of Product received is not as per the specifications mentioned in the Dellstore website. Such a request should be raised within 48 hours of receipt of the Product. A refund will not be initiated if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free Product or in case of any damage induced by the user.

Replacement Policy
Any Dell Store product reported damaged or proved of any missing contents at the time of delivery, customers are encouraged not to take delivery of the unit. However if the unit is received and if damage or missing items is found later, customers should report to dell.support@onlinestpl.co.in within one working day of receipt of unit to avail necessary support.
For identified defects or non-functional cases with no user induced damages, customers are advised to contact Dell Technical support here for assistance. Under valid warranty conditions, the defect will be serviced or repaired. If the defect is major (determined at the sole discretion of Dell Technical Support) the product may be recommended for replacement. A Product will not be eligible for replacement if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free Product.
Return Policy
If you are an end user customer and wish to return a product that you have directly purchased from Dell Store in India, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund, provided the products are returned to Dell Store within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately we cannot accept changes to an Order once it is submitted. Please note that the Right to Cancel/Return only applies to Home customers buying directly from Dell Store.
Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Dell Store error, Dell will charge a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax for all Refund cases.
If you wish to return your product, you must inform us of your decision to return and the same will be considered as per the procedure stipulated herein. The cancellation will be applicable as per the cancellation procedure.
Once you have notified Dell Store of your wish to exercise your right of return, Dell Store will arrange for collection of the Product(s) or provide instructions and details for you to return the Product. You must return Product(s) in their original condition and within 14 calendar days of your cancellation notification, unless Dell Store provides a later collection date. Returned products must be received by Dell Store in as‐new or as-shipped‐by‐Dell Store condition, including conformance to the specifications as set out in your invoice, and all of the manuals, CD(s), power cables, and other items included with a product must be returned with it.

Software may not be returned at any time, unless the software being returned is:
· Application software or operating systems installed by Dell on a returnable system which is being returned within the applicable return period; or
· Media-based software that is unopened and still in its sealed package or, if delivered electronically, software that you have not accepted by clicking "I agree to these Terms and Conditions." -
Dell EqualLogic™ and EqualLogic-branded products, Dell EMC, EMC and VCE-branded products, Dell Compellent™ and Compellent-branded products, Dell KACE™ and KACE-branded products, Dell Force10™ and Force10-branded products, Powervault ML6000 tape libraries, Powervault DL and DR products, Dell SonicWALL™ and SonicWALL-branded products, Dell Wyse™ and Wyse-branded products, Dell Quest™, Quest™, ScriptLogic™ and VKernel™ branded products, Dell Software branded products, Dell Data Protection | Rapid Recovery and Dell Data Protection | Rapid Recovery branded products, Dell StatSoft and StatSoft-branded products, non-Dell-branded enterprise products, enterprise software, and customized products may not be returned at any time.

Licenses purchased under any type of volume license agreement may be returned only with the express approval of the publisher, which in many circumstances will not be granted.

Dell Store reserves the right to deny any returns in circumstances involving repeated returns, violation of the Dell Store Terms of Sale or in the event of fraud, unauthorized, or other impermissible activity.
Note: If your purchase qualifies for a promotion offered by Dell Store that extends the return period for a specific product, the return rights and obligations included with the promotion will apply to your purchase
